Thrummed Socks...er, I Mean Thrummed Slippers

Recently purchased some alpaca and Iceandic fiber to spin yarn for socks as a surprise for my DH. Finally finished this weekend and offered them to Dear Husband....he loved them but suggested they would make terrific slippers. I agreed and so they are back in my WIP (work in progress) basket to have leather soles sewn on. Here is a pic of the socks.....will post another when they graduate to slipper status.
